Group cancellation policy: Cancellation of the group must be made 28 days prior to arrival otherwise cancellations charges apply as follows: 14 - 28 days prior to arrival - 75% of contracted revenue; 0 - 14 days prior to arrival - 100% of contracted revenue. Cancellation charges will be based on the numbers provided by The Client to The Hotel at 30 days out orthe original group boking if non are provided. Cancellation charges will be based on the entire cost of the stay when groups are contracted for more than one night.

When it comes to seasonal local ingredients, we’re spoilt for choice. The northeast coast provides the likes of expertly smoked salmon and catch of the day landed just a few miles away. It’s little surprise the Hallmark Hotel Aberdeen Airport’s brasserie style restaurant with its serene earth tone contemporary interiors is a hit with locals as well as guests.

You’ll find the likes of Moroccan spiced lamb tagine, pan fried river trout, forest mushroom mezzaluna pasta, alongside Curious beer battered fish and chips, bourbon BBQ glazed short rib of beef, 10oz ribeye steaks and our unbeatable burgers. If you’ve any room left, you can try our classic Hallmark British cheese experience or our Eton mess sundae with strawberries, meringue and whipped cream.
