NTS - Castle Fraser

Castle Fraser, one of the largest tower houses in Scotland, is located in Aberdeenshire near the market town of Inverurie. The core of the castle dates back to the 1400s, with later additions transforming it into the huge, fortified structure it is today.

For over 400 years, Castle Fraser was home to the Fraser family and is filled with family portraits, mementos, and quirky features such as trap doors and secret staircases. Visitors can climb to the top of the round tower for panoramic views of the Aberdeenshire landscape and enjoy a traditional walled garden. Castle Fraser is suitable for both Group and FIT clients.
