• Welcome cabin has level access, with shop, interpretation and accessible toilets.

Castle Interior:

• Limited access due to historic layout, steps and narrow staircases.
• Not fully wheelchair accessible; some thresholds and internal areas may be challenging, particularly for electric wheelchairs.

Coach parking must be pre-booked.

All visits must be booked in advance; fixed opening days will be advised.

Groups over 12 guests may be split, with tours starting 10 minutes apart.
