Group cancellation policy: Cancellation up to 3 weeks prior event has 25% fee, between 2-3 a 50% cancellation fee and less than 2 weeks is 75% cancellation fee.
FIT cancellation policy: Cancellation up to 72 hours has a 10% cancellation fee, between 72 and 24 hours is 50% cancellation fee and less than 24 hours no refund.
