About Royal Lochnagar Distillery
Royal Lochnagar Distillery is located in a majestic setting in at the foot of the Cairngorm Mountains, just one mile from Balmoral Castle. This whisky has been enjoyed by the Royal Family ever since Queen Victoria and Prince Albert took the first distillery tour in 1848.
We provide a range of experiences to allow your clients to get a true taste of Royal Deeside and immerse themselves in our 175-year history
OPENING HOURS
January - February: Tuesday - Saturday, 10am - 4pm
March - October: Monday - Sunday, 10am - 5pm
October - December: Monday - Sunday, 10am - 5pm
Children aged 8-17 years are welcome. cost on More information sheet.
For their safety, children under 8 are not permitted on tour.
