About NTS - Drum Castle
Dating from the 13th century, Drum Castle is one of Scotland’s oldest tower houses and is located just 10 miles west of Aberdeen.
Your clients can experience over 700 years of history, including hearing stories about the 17th Laird of Drum, who was an open Jacobite and fought alongside Bonnie Price Charlie at the Battle of Culloden.
In addition to the castle, your clients can visit the Garden of Historic Roses, which shows how roses have been cultivated from the 17th to the 20th century.
