Situated just minutes from Aberdeen city centre, Amuse offers a refined yet relaxed dining experience using local, seasonal ingredients. Within a year of opening the restaurant in 2022, Amuse was featured in the 2023 Michelin Guide and awarded two AA Rosettes.
Amuse also offers whisky tasting and paired dining experiences suitable for small to medium groups. Experiences can be enhanced with a visit to a local whisky distillery to fully immerse clients in the tasting experience.

- The Ambassador’s Selection – Whisky Ambassador’s favourite drams

- The Grand 25 and Beyond – Whiskies ranging from 25 years old and beyond
Led by a knowledgeable Whisky Ambassador. Includes paired nibbles.
A variety of food and drink options are available to pair with the whisky-tasting experience.

Includes:
- Three- or four-course tasting menu, each course paired with its ideal partner from an extensive Scotch whisky collection
- Whisky Ambassador introduces each whisky and guides clients through the flavours, aromas, history, and pairing with each course
- Optional tour of a local whisky distillery, including luxury chauffeur-driven transport. Tours can be arranged at Fettercairn Distillery, Balvenie Distillery, or Glenfiddich Distillery
- Tasting can be led by a Brand Ambassador from a local distillery
